Settegast Heights Apartments is HUD property with 33 senior citizen and
167 single parent units. Some parents at Settegast Heights are fulltime
students others are working parents.
Message from the Coordinator:
The Yvette W. Scales Neighborhood Network Center has worked to
strengthen communities by providing uplifting self-empowerment programs
for children, youth and adults.
The services are provided on-site which include case management,
resident council support, self-sufficiency training, educational and
special event sponsorship.
