Through Collective Work and Responsibility, Ujima, Inc. is committed to effectively and efficiently advocating, networking, educating and supporting families in their transformation from dependency to self-sufficiency.

Ujima, Inc. is a comprehensive employment and training development program designed to create and promote self-sufficiency for low-income individuals. This employment service is in continuum with the Mayor's Office of Work Force Development, Operation H.E.L.P., Inc., IVEE-The Institute for Vision in Education & Efficacy, Inc., Women Business Development, Chicago Housing Authority, and MTE - Men Mentor & Training.
